Hi all,
watched the c4 prog with great interest and wondered what the traps were that Paul was using, the ones fastened to the tree.
I have tried trapping squirrels in our garden using a cage trap, but the little buggers just walk around the outside of the cage a couple of times then wander of!
The instant kill trps would also be of use as i dont own an air gun.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
regards
nigel

Hi Nigel
The traps Paul was useing are called: mk 4 fen trap.
You will have to make your own box to attach to the tree..

| I had a similar problem with cages. Then I used an old dark blue coat to cover the whole of the cage apart from the entrance. The catch rate is fantastic now. |
